I had planned to make this page yesterday buuuut... well I got distracted and frustrated playing FTL...
Anyhow. Twi is referring to how her mother uses her birthright charm quite a lot... She has even learned how to "tone down" it's effect.
She used that one when Twi and her sisters got too mischievous.
